As one of the managing partners of Schultes & Partner, Lucia Schultes is especially committed to target oriented recruiting and business coaching & consulting, both nationally and internationally. As an experienced senior coach, she provides support during staff selection process. In addition, she acts as a discrete partner for individuals and companies, when it comes to matters and decisions fundamental within a business context.
Ms Schultes is a licensed and accredited senior coach on the Austrian Coaching Council (ACC), Insights MDI Master and accredited consultant for integrated and holistic character + diagnostic behaviour. In addition to her relevant economic studies, Ms Schultes is well versed in different organisational and management structures, since such companies benefit from a consultant who makes an essential contribution to both businesses and their employees during onboarding procedures, as well as outplacement consultations. Conducting over 1000 consultations per year to discuss staff selection, she also provides professional support in connection with individual fates and career development questions.
